Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how JustOG Inc., a Delaware corporation that operates the HaryAI service at haryai.com ("HaryAI," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the site, create an account, or use the HaryAI desktop application (together, the "Service").
Short version: we don't sell your information, and we don't read the content of the requests you route through the Service. We collect what we need to run the Service, share it only with the processors that help us run it, and you can write to support@haryai.com at any time to ask what we hold or to have it deleted.
Who we are
The Service is operated by JustOG Inc., a Delaware corporation. The brand name "HaryAI" (and its Chinese counterpart "小虹桥") refer to the same Service operated by JustOG Inc.

Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive the email, name, and profile-picture URL that Google returns — we do not see or store your Google password.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a record of the transaction (date, amount, plan, and a Stripe customer ID) so we can provision your subscription and issue receipts. Card numbers, expiry dates, and CVCs are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Usage metadata. When you use a key issued through the Service, we record request counts, token counts, model identifiers, and timestamps so we can meter your plan and detect abuse. We do not log the prompts you send or the responses you receive.
Technical information. Our web hosting provider automatically receives standard request headers — IP address, user agent, locale — for every request. We use this for security, fraud prevention, and operational debugging.
Support correspondence. If you email us, we keep the email and our reply so we can follow up.
We do not collect categories of information beyond what is described above, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of sixteen.
How we use information
To provision your account, deliver the Service you paid for, and meter usage against your plan.
To process payments, prevent fraud, and issue receipts.
To respond to your support requests and to send you operational notices about the Service (such as billing confirmations or security alerts).
To detect abuse, enforce these Terms, and protect the Service and other users.
To improve and develop the Service, in aggregate form and on a need-to-know basis.
To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We do not use your information for behavioural advertising and we do not allow our processors to use it for their own commercial purposes.
How we share information
We share information only with processors that help us run the Service, and only to the extent each one needs:
Supabase — authentication and database hosting. Receives your account record and usage metadata.
Stripe — payment processing. Receives your name, email, billing address (if provided), and the transaction details necessary to charge you.
Vercel — application hosting and aggregate, anonymised analytics. Receives request metadata.
Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google, which sends Google the fact that you signed in to HaryAI. We do not share back to Google what you do inside the Service.
When you use the AI tools accessible through HaryAI, your request data is transmitted onward as part of providing the Service. The handling of that data once it leaves HaryAI is governed by the service that receives it.
Law enforcement, regulators, and other authorities — only when we are legally compelled, and only the minimum amount of information necessary to comply with the legally valid request.
Successors. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will give you notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
International data transfers
The Service is operated from the United States. Some of our processors operate data centres in multiple regions, which may include the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions. By using the Service you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, which may not provide the same level of data-protection rights as your home country.
Where required by law, we rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards approved by the relevant authorities to govern these transfers.
How long we keep information
Account information: for as long as your account is active.
Usage metadata: for up to twenty-four months after the relevant billing cycle, then aggregated or deleted.
Payment records: retained for the period required by U.S. tax and accounting rules (currently seven years).
Support correspondence: for as long as it is useful to handle follow-up, generally up to twenty-four months.
After you delete your account we retain the minimum information necessary to comply with the above and to prevent abuse, and we may retain information longer to the extent we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that retention is required to enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, or comply with law. After those purposes are satisfied we permanently delete or anonymise the remaining information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, port it to another service, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent for processing based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@haryai.com from the address associated with your account and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for additional information to verify that the request is genuinely yours before we respond. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally thirty to forty-five days), and we may extend that timeframe by a further period where permitted by law, for example because the request is complex or because we have received a large number of requests.
We may decline a request, in whole or in part, where applicable law allows us to do so, including where the request is unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, or where granting it would prejudice the rights of others.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with an equivalent regime, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service — primarily to keep you signed in and to remember your locale and theme preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.
We use aggregate, anonymised traffic measurement provided by our hosting platform. It does not set persistent identifiers tied to your account and is not used for advertising.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of sixteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email support@haryai.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material — for example, a new category of information or a new processor — we will give notice in the dashboard and, where we have your email address, by email at least thirty days before the change takes effect, unless an earlier effective date is required by law.
Whether a change is material is determined by us in our reasonable judgement.
