Manage your subscription
After you buy: how to see what you've used, change tiers, and cancel or renew — it's all on your account page. This walks through it.
View your usage
Sign in to your account and click "View usage" under your plan card. A daily bar chart and table expand inline — no navigation. Switch between the last 7 and 30 days, and between cost / requests / tokens; hover a bar to see that day's number.
Each row is one day: requests is the call count, input and output tokens are what you sent and received that day, and cost is the USD-equivalent drawn from your quota. Click "Download CSV" to export it.
Your quota resets monthly — run out this month and a fresh allowance returns next month. To keep going sooner, upgrade a tier or (on the CNY monthly plan) renew.
Upgrade or downgrade
Auto-renewing (card) subscriptions: an upgrade takes effect immediately — you get the larger pool now and pay the difference on the spot. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep your current tier until then.
The CNY monthly plan is one-time, with no auto-renew: to switch tiers, just buy the other one — your old tier runs until it expires.
Cancel or renew
An auto-renewing subscription can be cancelled anytime. Cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately — it stops the next renewal, and you keep access through the end of the current period. Changed your mind? Click "Resume" before it ends to keep renewing.
The CNY monthly plan never auto-charges and simply ends at expiry, so there's nothing to cancel. To keep using it, click "Renew" around expiry to buy the next month.
