Manage your plans

Sign in and open your account page. Every card shows how much of its quota is left and when it ends. Usage is counted at the vendor's official prices.

If you hold several cards, the one that ends soonest is used first. The HaryAI app shows the same numbers.

Quota doesn't reset. Each card has a fixed amount for its validity period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days), and anything unused expires with it. Run out early? Buy another one and it stacks.

There's no upgrade or downgrade. Every purchase is its own card with its own quota, so to get more, or to switch plans, just buy it. The cards you already have keep running until they end.

Family plans work the same way: once bought, every line gets its own card and its own key.

A monthly plan for one person renews each month, unless it was paid in CNY. Turn renewal off on that card in your account page. It takes effect at the end of the current month, and the card stays usable until then. You can turn it back on before it ends.

Everything else is a one-time payment that simply ends: day and week passes, credit packs, family plans and every purchase paid in CNY. There's nothing to cancel; buy again if you want more.
